Our attorneys have worked with executive management and governing boards for clients such as the Allied PRA San Antonio, B Comm Constructors LLC, San Antonio Housing Authority, San Antonio Development Agency, and South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency in successfully meeting their employment needs. We have guided clients through executive searches, workforce reductions, and reorganizations, as well as the more routine business functions.
